Raima Sherifoska

I am Raima Sherifoska, an independent and self-employed Swiss lawyer and notary.

Prior to opening my law firm Raima Law, I worked for a total of more than eight years as a lawyer and notary at the renowned and top-tier Swiss business law firm Bär & Karrer and as in-house counsel at the international pharmaceutical and biotech company Roche.

I have extensive know-how in Swiss corporate, business and contract law as well as broad experience in advising and representing sophisticated clients in complex national and international transactions, projects and proceedings.

In the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector, I have special industry knowledge and expertise, in particular in providing contractual and regulatory advice to clients in the field of Medical & Scientific Affairs.

As an experienced civil law notary, I am familiar with the full range of notarizations for corporate and private clients.

I am highly accustomed to meeting the highest quality standards in high-profile projects and transactions under great time pressure and to provide exceptional services to my clients.
